Dr. Pompa is passionate about science and medicine. She has a masters in molecular biology as well as board certification in Hematology, Oncology and Internal medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Staten Island hospital in New York and hematology-oncology fellowship as chief fellow in Drexel University of Philadelphia.
Dr. Pompa comes from a family of Physicians and has been in practice here in South Jersey since 2017. She is well published in peer reviewed journals and has presented at national conferences.
Her love for people, her caring nature and her positive attitude along with up to date patient care is why she is loved by her patients and colleagues. Her motto, “University level care in a community setting”. She works out of our office in Vineland as well as Shore Cancer center of Somers Point. At Shore Medical center she resides on the Credentials Committee.
Aside from caring for her patients she enjoys hanging out with her husband and daughter. She is a self published author of a poem book, the emotions within by Tiffany Ann King
A compassionate and dedicated physician, Dr Mylene Go, completed her postgraduate training in Philadelphia at Drexel University College of Medicine/Hahnemann University Hospital In Hematology Oncology and is board certified in both Medical Oncology and Hematology.
After completing her training, she served as an attending physician at a Fox Chase Cancer Center affiliate and served on multiple steering committees partnering with local organizations to deliver survivorship and wellness care to the community. She has brought forth her wealth of clinical experiences in both hematology and oncology. She believes that patient education is pivotal. Informed patients make the best treatment decisions.
Her goal is not only to provide compassionate care that listens but also to empower patients with current standard therapy and latest advances.

Dr. Vijay Sandilya is coming with several years of experience in taking care of patients with advanced cancer and complex blood disorders. Dr. Vijay Sandilya served as the Assistant Professor, Department of Medical Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center and as the Medical Director of Medical Oncology and infusion services at AtlantiCare Cancer Care Institute.
In this position, Dr. Sandilya was the principal investigator for several high impact clinical trials as well as Director of the Continuing Medical Education Committee. He is an expert reviewer for scientific research journals focused on the areas of immunology, hematology and oncology.

Kush Sachdeva, M.D. is board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology. He completed both his Internal Medicine as well as a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at prestigious Penn State Milton S Hershey Medical Center. (https://cancer.psu.edu/). Dr. Sachdeva has been in practice with Southern Oncology-Hematology Associates for over 18 years. He currently serves as President and Managing Partner of the practice.
Hi is Current Chair of Inspira South Campus Cancer Committee. He is also Medical and research director of Inspira South Campus Cancer program, Director National accreditation Program for Breast Cancer, Chair NRG (National Research group), Lead for South Campus Cancer service line.
He is actively involved in multiple committees at Inspira Health including Inspira Health Partners Finance Committee, Peer Review Committee, Professional Practice Evaluation Committee and Continuing Medical Education (CME) committee.
Dr. Sachdeva was voted as “Top Physician of The Year” for year 2017 and 2018 by South Jersey Magazine.
He has been author of many publications and is an active member of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO).

Ramakrishna R. Sudhindra, M.D. board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology and hospice and palliative medicine. Dr. Sudhindra is a partner in Southern Oncology Hematology Associates and has been practicing in the community since 1979. He is on staff at the Regional Medical Center and Elmer Division.
Dr. Sudhindra is a Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. Dr. Sudhindra has served as president of the medical staff at Newcomb Hospital, Chief of the Department of Medicine, and Chairman of the Quality Assurance Committee. He has served as the Director of South Jersey Hospice Care and Campus Vice-President of South Jersey Regional Medical Center. He is currently Chairman of the Cancer Committee.

She received her undergraduate degree, as well as her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, an international nursing honor society, as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Oncology Nursing Society. Mysti joined our practice in November 2015 as a chemotherapy infusion nurse, and has proudly continued her career as a nurse practitioner here at our office. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and playing with her Great Danes, Bentley and Trigger.

Jennifer then earned her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wilmington University. Jennifer is currently pursuing her doctorate degree. Jennifer joined our practice in September 2014 and offers vast experience in nephrology and family/internal medicine. She has a comprehensive interest in all aspects of hematology/oncological care including a focus on mind, body and spirit. She is a native of South Jersey and enjoys fitness, cycling, piano, traveling and spending quality family time with her husband and two children.

Dr. Omar Al Ustwani is board certified practitioner in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology.
He arrived in Vineland after completing his Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship in Buffalo at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and a member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) and National Cancer Institute (NCI) Designated Cancer Center.
A zealous doctor, he has been devoting his efforts to patient care in various types of cancer including, but not limited to, lung, breast, and colon, prostate and other malignancies.
He also attends patients with malignant and benign hematologic disorders.
Authoring a number of peer-reviewed publications, he currently serves on the editorial board of the Translational Gastrointestinal Cancer Journal.
He is a dynamic member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Dr. Benjamin Negin has been proudly serving the cancer patients of South Jersey since 2010 at Southern Oncology Hematology Associates. Having moved to NJ at the age of two from Ohio, he has always viewed himself as a Jersey native. After completing high school, he traveled to receive both his undergraduate degree and medical degree at Yale University. Upon graduation, Dr. Negin moved to Boston in order to undergo his internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess, a training hospital of Harvard University. He completed his training at Fox Chase Cancer Center, in Philadelphia, where he received his certifications in both hematology and oncology. His academic work has been published in prominent journals such as Cancer and Clinical Cancer Research.
In addition to working with all patient who have blood or cancer related disorders, Dr. Negin is passionate about improving the overall health care of the population of South Jersey. He serves on the medical executive committee of the Inspira Health System. He also is a member in good standing of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and The American Medical Association (AMA). He lives in South Jersey with his wife and two sons. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Negin serves the community as a scout leader, training youth in citizenship, outdoors skills, and environmental stewardship. He enjoys camping, fishing, and any excuse to be outside with his family.
Shailja Roy, M.D. is board certified in Internal medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology. Dr. Roy completed three-year residency in internal medicine at Westchester Medical Center, New York where she became increasingly interested in working with cancer patients. She was recognized as the intern of the year 2000-2001.
She completed postdoctoral fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at prestigious Yale University Cancer Center in Connecticut. She is dedicated to provide the most up-to-date and evidence-based cancer care. Her goal is to provide world-class medicine to patients close to home.
She sits on the Professional Practice Evaluation Committee and Continuing Medical Education Committee (CME) at Inspira Health Network. Dr. Roy strives to give cancer patients the reassurance and support they need in difficult times during treatment. Dr Roy has been recognized on multiple occasions by Castle Connolly as one of the regional Top doctors.
Dr. Roy is also very devoted to her family and likes to spend her spare time with her husband and three sons. She also loves gardening, painting and dancing.
